Using Road Fund
Road Fund lets people discover organisations, submit ideas, vote on roadmap features, comment, and follow funding progress. Use the service lawfully and do not interfere with other users, organisations, or the operation of the platform.
Accounts and organisations
You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Organisation owners control their workspace, team permissions, roadmap content, and publication decisions. Keep access credentials and magic links private.
Submitted content
You retain ownership of ideas, comments, and other content you submit. You grant Road Fund permission to store, process, and display that content as needed to operate the service. Do not submit confidential, unlawful, or infringing material.
Votes and funding
Votes express user interest and may be limited to one vote per user and feature. Funding information is shown in the currency selected by the organisation. Any payment terms, refunds, and delivery commitments shown during checkout also apply.
Privacy
We process account details, authentication records, submissions, votes, comments, and funding activity to provide and secure the service. We use only the data reasonably required for these purposes and do not sell personal information.
Data retention and rights
Information is retained while your account or an organisation workspace remains active and as required for security, legal, and financial records. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal data.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Road Fund reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Features and these terms may change as the service develops. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel.
